Vindman testifies that significant details were deleted from July 25 call transcript


LieLt. Col. Alexander S. Vindman, who was on the July 25 call between President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, testified that he tried but was unsuccessful in adding key details to the rough transcript of the call. Vindman told House investigators that the transcript released by the White house Omitted crucial words and phrases, including President Trump’s assertion during the call that there were recordings of Joe Biden discussing Ukraine corruption, and an explicit mention by Zelensky of Burisma holdings, the energy company where Biden’s son was a board member.”
